桌面邮箱里添加另一个账号加不上?

你好!我的操作系统是window10的，最近在桌面上的邮箱标志的APP里添加另一个账号"Hua-yee"。一直提醒“we couldn't access this account.You might need toupdate your password or give the account permission to sync to this device”以及右下角提示“Your Hua-yee account settings are out-of-date ”。请问是什么原因？如何解决？谢谢！
