  你好,

  当CPU运行过高时，可以打开任务管理器 看看是哪个应用程序占用了很多进程，然后把它关掉或卸载。同时您可以干净启动避免三方软件的干扰。

  如果是svchost.exe进程占用过高，您可以结束wuauclt.exe进程，在搜索框中输入“services.msc”进入服务，关闭automaticUpdates服务。

  此外，有关cpu占用过高的问题，可以尝试用windows performance troubleshooter这个工具，具体可以参考下这篇文章。

  另外你也可以尝试全盘扫描，某些病毒也可能会导致这个问题。
