Office 2016 标准版 PowerPoint 录屏按钮是灰色的，无法使用 RRS feed

    Office 2016 标准版 PowerPoint 录屏（Screen Recording）功能无法使用， 是灰色的按钮，无法点击。

    1, PC的版本是win 7 , 64G.

    2, 公司内所有用户的PowerPoint 情况与我的相同，screen Recording按钮均为灰色不可用。

    3，已查询过AD内的组策略并未限制该功能的使用。

    请帮忙查询一下是什么问题。 谢谢

    你好，

    请检查一下你的PowerPoint文件类型，你是否使用的是PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation (*.ppt)格式？

    对于PowerPoint Screen Recording这个功能是从2013版本才开始添加的新功能，所以请使用.pptx格式的文件，才支持这个功能。

    如果你使用的是.ppt格式，请将文件另存为.pptx文件，然后查看这个功能是否可以使用了。

    新建一个空白的PowerPoint文件，这个按钮也是灰色的吗？你的Office版本号是多少？

    请打开PowerPoint, 点击 文件 》 账户， 点击关于PowerPoint查看你具体的版本号。
