    Description:

    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was:0x100000c5(0x0000ffff,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x8054b0ba). A dump was saved in C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini112817-01.dmp

  • Hi,

    Since the info you offered is limited, I have a few things that should confirm with you:

    1. Have you recently updated your driver or system? If so , try to roll back them and see if the problem will be solved.

    2.If you haven't updated recently, try to update your system in Control Panel- Windows Updates-Check for updates

    3.Perform a clean boot to disable the third-party software conflict.

    4.Run the command in CMD as administrator: 

    chkdsk c: /r

    sfc /scannow Then restart your pc.

    5.If you have further problems, please help s collect the dump file, upload them to the network drive and share the link here.  If you mind your personal info posted in the public forum, please hide them manually.
