    您可以建立如下的宏，来执行仅对数据的粘贴：

    Sub PasteValues()
        Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlValues
    End Sub

    建好宏后，先复制所需的数据，然后选中你所希望粘贴的目标表格，并运行此宏。

    复制后，鼠标右键【选择性粘贴】，选择[粘贴]数值。如图
