使用的是Office 365小型企业版2013。当试图运行Outlook登陆账户时，首先弹出提示"You must provide the name of your Microsoft Exchange server and mailbox above, and click Check Name. If you do not know this information, contact your exchange administrator. Once the names have been
checked and are underlined, click OK." 实际上server和mailbox两个空都是自动填写并且加了下划线的。
这时，如果我点“确定”或“取消”，都会提示“Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook windows. The set of folders cannot be opened. The file C:\users\…… .ost cannot be accessed. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange at least once before you can use your Outlook
data file (.ost)。
公司邮箱使用的是Microsoft Exchange，其他人都可以正常使用Outlook。试过新建账户，新建Profile，重装Office，都无济于事。困扰两个多星期了，求解决办法。
