域中的电脑无法使用指纹和PIN

公司的电脑，加了域，无法使用指纹和PIN，打开设置显示灰色无法填写，请问怎么设置（不能退出域）才能使用指纹，

你好：

请问你是域管理员吗？

如果你是域管理员，请部署以下组策略：
Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>System>Logon>Turn on convenience PIN sign-in
Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Windows Hello for Business>Use Windows Hello for Business
Computer configuration >Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Biometric>Allow domain users to use Biometric

我不是管理员，请问你说的那些组策略要怎么布置哇，有没有详细的中文教程，我不懂这些，非常感谢

你好，

如果没有域管理员权限无法设置组策略。

请参考以下的详细操作步骤：

首先登陆你的域控

1右击开始键，点击运行

2输入命令

3根据此前回复的路径找到以下两条策略并开启。

非常抱歉，我的组策略打开是中文的，请问有中文版的步骤说明吗？还有一个问题是，我用电脑的本地账号，也就是这个域的主账号可以修改组策略吗
