Windows 2016 S2D添加硬盘后无法增加到虚拟存储池

Hi All,

Windows 2016 3个节点的Storage Spaces Direct 群集，每个节点均没有安装任何CU。现在我需要在每个节点上增加4块硬盘（SSD*1+HDD*3），现在的问题是，系统能够识别出硬盘，但存储管理里无法识别，我get物理硬盘的信息，一直显示Verification in progress，已经好几天了。如何解决这个问题？谢谢

Hi,

加盘到S2D 的里面可能还是需要经过验证后才能通过。 3个节点，4块盘，还是需要12次迭代验证，而每个迭代是要在每块盘的每个节点运行一下。所以可能确实会需要一些时间。

Hi Mary，

现在基本上确定应该是Win2K16的BUG，验证磁盘这个状态已经有1个星期了，我现在想知道那个版本的CU可以解决这个问题，我之前在网上看到有人说2017.8月的CU可以解决，我想确认一下。谢谢

目前来说，微软的官方KB 对于2017 8月的Cumulative Update中，没有明确说会修复这个情况

很抱歉，没有找到更多官方的说明关于这情况。但是据我所知，windows server 2016 的补丁中一直对新版本的server 有提升和修复，你可以尝试讲自己服务器更新到最新版看看情况。

Mary，情况是这样的。由于Windows 2016开始，Windows Server提供 LTSC和SAC两种更新方式我看微软的公告说SAC上最新版本已经暂时放弃S2D这个功能，因为问题太多。所以我担心安装新的CU是否会引起其他不稳定因素。所以我想咨询，KB4051033除了在ReleaseNotes里说的一些已知情况，是否还有其他关于S2D及Cluster的问题？谢谢

SAC的版本确实移除了S2D 的feature。
