One domain user can't use outlook connect to exchange server RRS feed

    one domain user logon his computer,open outlook ,his/her email account will be configured automatically.

    but in recently,his outlook can't connect to exchange,ever I deleted his profile,reconfigurated his account,

    reinstalled office,even system.the issue keep the same.but this account can logon on by OWA.

    what stranger is,use TOKEN connect to company's network,outlook can connect to server.directly connect conpany network,fail to connect exchange.

    my temporary solution :open outlook,add user credient,wait for few minutes,then delete the credient,restart

    outlook,the connection can be established.

    Any friend know solution for this,please let me know,thanks for your guidance.
