I have installed SharePoint 2010 SP1 + SQL Server 2012 on Windows Server 2008R2. All installation success. But failed to run SharePoint Configuratin Wizard on step 3. with following error message.

I noticed that all services related to SharePoint are failed to start. I have re-install serveral times. But issue still exist. Please help, thanks a lot.
