    Local Security Authority Process进程占用CPU 80-95%，服务器卡顿，读取困难，必须关闭进程才可以使用，这是第5次出现，忘解决

    Local Security Authority Process进程占用过高CPU是一个很多人都烦恼的问题，尝试以下操作，可能对您有所帮助：

    1. Go to Settings > System > Notifications & actions
    2. Turn off 'Show me tips about Windows'
    3. Restart
