  请问是哪两个具体的更新无法安装呢？

   

  尝试安装系统更新准备工具：

   

  适用于 Windows Vista、Windows Server 2008、Windows 7 和 Windows Server 2008 R2 的系统更新准备工具说明

   

  如果是关于.Net Framework的更新，可以参考如下文章：

   

  在尝试安装 .NET Framework 1.0、1.1、2.0、3.0 或 3.5 的更新时，可能会收到 Windows Update 错误代码“0x643”或 Windows Installer 错误代码“1603”

  你好，
  感谢你的答复。

  从截图上可以看出系统无法安装Silverlight等三个更新，我卸载了Silverlight后重新安装，再次检查更新时已没有上述所说的三个更新，问题勉强得到解决。
