When user sent e-mail with attachments to other colleagues,such as word,Excel,JPG,etc, The receiver couldnot see attachments at all.but the user sent this e-mail to external mailbox,which is ok. We use Exchange 2003.MS clilent is office2010.According
to related MS knowledge base, which suggest that modify message format from RTF to HTML or Plain text , but all of us use HTML format. I tried many ways ,but still failed.Could you help me ? thanks
