  你好，

  首先可以使用System Update Readiness tool Software (checksur.exe)进行一下修复，再重新安装一下sp1的补丁包。

  尝试在Microsoft Windows update catalog网站中进行手动下载进行安装补丁。

  https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Home.aspx 

  同时可以在控制面板中先卸载掉很少使用的语言包。

  1、先尝试运行修复补丁kb947821修复一下，然后重启再安装（修复时间需要很长）。

  
  2、解压成cab包来安装。
