Settings for printing stuck in monochrome - Please HELP! RRS feed

  • When I try to print a photo, I check the settings to make sure it is in color, but when I select color, it reverts to monochrome when I go to print. This happened before and I cannot remember what I did to fix it. I think it has something to do with photo viewer or paint that is messing it up.

    “monochrome”
    1.what's "monochrome" mean? only black or only yellow ?
    2.can you enter winver in command prompt on win10 computer and look the os version and os version number ?[for example windows 10  enterprise 1809 (os build 17763.316)]
    3.what's the issue printers model ?
    4.If you print "test page" on both printer server and client computer respectively, do they all cannot print and print jobs stay in queue?

    5.what's printer driver did you use now ?
    6.did you go to printer official website to downloand and install the latest printer driver to check the result ?
    7.if we install issue print on other computer,will the same issue happen on other computer ?
