不知道您的自动恢复功能AutoRecover是否开启，如果开启，有可能可以找到被替换掉的文件。
您可以先尝试找到文件夹：drive:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel，确认当中是否有xls或xar文件。
