你好，
默认的全域通讯清单（GAL）是无法编辑修改的，只能修改你自己创建的GAL。
如果想批量添加X500地址信息，你可以参考下面的文章：
你也可以要求先从对方域中将对应的x500信息导出，然后再导入到当前的域中，具体也可以参考下面的文章：
Powershell Scripts to Export and Import Legacy Exchange X500 addresses
