RMS-client access the file encrypted by RMS is very slowly RRS feed

  • we have the RMS system( be migrated from Windows 2003 R2) in Windows Server 2012 R2.

    there is one problem:

    Office PC (OS:WINDOWS 7 PRO 32BIT WITH SP1,Internet), access the file encrypted by RMS system is OK.

    FAB Line PC(OS:WINDOWS 7 PRO 32BIT WITH SP1,Intranet),access the first file encrypted by RMS system is very slowly.

    sometime, maybe need 3-5 minutes. but the first file be opened  and keep it opening.

    Now access the other files encrypted by RMS system, the speed is very quickly.

    When I configure the FAB LINE PC with the Internet function, the FAB LINE PC access the file is very quickly. but i cancel the Internet function,  access speed is very slowly again.

    Our company IT policy don't allow the FAB LINE PC with the Internet Function.

    so how to resolve the problem?

    请问在内网您的计算机访问普通的文件的速率是否正常?请确保您的内部网络性能良好。

    请问您的意思是指除了上述一个有问题的文件其他的文件都能进行正常访问吗?
