    你好 皮丕中：

    到这个文件夹（C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution）下删除所有内容，运行一下下面的工具重启电脑再一次升级试一下。

    如果还是不行，到下面这个链接下载ISO安装镜像，从镜像里安装。请选择正确的镜像下载，（中文，家庭版，６４还是３２ｂｉｔ）。从镜像启动后，在选择安装模式时选择“升级”。如果要输入密钥时可以选择跳过（在正版的基础上）。在升级前，先运行一下“sfc /scannow”，检查系统的完整性。

    感谢版主指导！

    我的升级没有成功。用方法一，夹里有一个文件删不掉；用方法二，忘记了密钥。检查更新时，遇到了未知错误："WindowsUpdate_8024402F" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"

    你好 皮丕中，

    请问你有尝试过运行“sfc /scannow”吗？有尝试过运行我之前给的重置更新组件的工具并重启电脑吗？

    如果安装了杀毒软件，暂时禁用一下，并且到Internet Explorer浏览器里禁用代理服务器选项（工具\Internet 选项\连接\局域网\去掉所有设置）。

    再一次尝试升级。升级时检查更新时可以暂不更新的。

    你好 皮丕中：

    1.以管理员身份打开一个命令行，运行 “sfc /scannow”. 如果目前机器是Windows 8.1 的话还可以运行 “dism/online/cleanup-image/restorehealth"（复制粘贴).

    2.点击下面链接里的相应版本的工具链接，运行一下就行.
