您好！1.请确认你的环境中是否存在多个Dc，若是，我建议你运行dcdiag检查你的Dc是否运行正常以及使用dcdiag /test:replications检查Dc间的复制。
2.请确认exchange服务器可以联系上Dc
3.请确认你有合适的权限可以Mount数据库。

[Replications Check，IT-SERVER-DC01] 最近的复制尝试失败:
从 IT-SER-DC02 到 IT-SER-DC01
命名上下文: DC=raaaa,DC=com
复制生成一个错误(1722):
RPC 服务器不可用。
失败发生在 2013-08-14 16:28:11。
上次成功发生在 2013-08-03 22:54:26。
自从上次成功已发生 8657 次失败。
源仍然关机。请检查该计算机。
