  请问你说的默认管理员是Windows Server 2008 R2的内置管理员吗？内置管理员具有最高权限，不受用户帐户控制的限制。而你自己创建并加入管理员组的用户,还是会受到用户帐户控制的限制。

   

  针对其他用户创建的文件，有时候只有完全控制权限是不够的，还需要在高级选项里，改变文件的所有者。
