    错误提示：0x80070490 - 0x2000A The installation failed in the SAFE-OS phase with an error during PREPARE-FIRST - BOOT operation

    已经安装过两三次了，仍是如此，也重新下载过。以前windows更新下载过，可后来没有安装更新就消失了。

    你好，

    根据以往的经验，这个报错一般是和一个更新补丁kb3064209有关，为了安装周年庆版本，需要先删除这个补丁里的一个dll文件。路径为C:\Windows\system32\mcupdate_genuineintel.dll

    另外，在用从MSDN或者VLSC下载的ISO镜像安装系统时，请将设备上所有USB设备拔除并切断网络。

    Windows Update Service

    Cryptographic Service
