已经打开“不处于平板电脑模式且未连接键盘时显示触摸键盘”设置，请问一下：
1、.net winform下的RichTextBox可以自动弹出，但是TextBox不能自动弹出软键盘，是什么原因？
2、如何在不改动系统设置的情况下，点击RichTextBox时不弹出软键盘，需要设置控件什么属性呢？
