  您反馈的这个问题确实是之前Outlook 2010和Outlook 2013中存在的已知问题，但是已经被后来的更新解决了。建议您为Outlook 2010安装最新的更新，或者确保您安装了以下微软知识库文章中的KB更新，然后再测试看看这个问题是否还存在。
