    准备用ems删除群发的某特定主题的邮件，第一步给管理员赋权，成功，第二步，赋权administrator对所有邮箱的完全访问权限，报错，执行删除特定邮件的操作也报错，请问该如何解决

    你好！

    看了你的命令貌似是想要赋予administrator对所有mailbox的fullaccess权限，请更改你的命令为：

    $AllMailbox = Get-Mailbox -ResultSize unlimited
    $AllMailbox | ForEach {Add-MailboxPermission -Identity $_.Identity -User Administrator -AccessRights:FullAccess -AutoMapping $False}

    然后运行试试看。
