客服端outlook 2010 自动连接 exchange 2010 失败 RRS feed

    无法打开默认电子邮件文件夹。必须先使用当前的配制文件连接到microsoft exchange ，然后才能将文件夹与outlook 数据文件(.ost)进行同步。

    您好,

     

    错误信息 “无法打开默认电子文件夹 ”最有可能的原因是默认的Exchange Server 2010 配置需要RPC 加密,但是Outlook 客户端则没有使用RPC 加密。您可以禁用所有的 CAS 服务器上的加密要求或对Outlook 配置文件使用 RPC 加密。

     

    启用RPC 加密：

     

    1.       进入控制面板->邮件->选中电子邮件账户->下一步->选中Microsoft Exchange Server 邮件账户,并单击更改->单击其他设置.

    2.       切换到安全选项卡,选中在Outlook和Microsoft Exchange Server 之间加密数据

    3.       再次打开Outlook 2010 测试结果.

    出现您所遇到的问题 也有可能是由于客户端与Exchange Server 之间的网络连接性问题,请尝试Ping Exchange server 的IP。

     

    同时， 您是否已经尝试过关闭防火墙测试问题，新建Outlook配置文件呢？
