Dear Sir or Madam,

My computer was down & I need to re-install Microsoft Office 2013.

I don't remember the log-in password & the email address is also out of date and the email address cannot be used few months ago. So, I cannot get the password again from Microsoft to log-in the page to download the Microsoft Office.

How can I solve this problem?
