我试着安装VS2015的时候提示我运行库冲突，于是我尝试卸载运行库，但是遇到了很大的问题：
不管我点击“卸载”还是点击”修复“，都会提示我需要重启，但是重启过后问题依旧，于是就只能无限重启。
