桌面文件夹打不开 RRS feed

           我安装了office2010之后，window7系统好像出现了问题，桌面上的文件夹打开时反馈可用内存不足，但是c盘还有100G；在开始栏里边的“电脑”、“控制面板”等打开时也反馈同样的问题，如下：
           1. 有关文件夹的快捷方式，包括“我的电脑”、“我的文档”、“Administrator”,但“我的电脑”和“Administrator”用右键“打开”命令就可以。
           2. 开始菜单中非程序的选项，包括控制面板、设备与打印机、帮助与支持
           3. 任务栏右边的快捷方式:（1）网络和共享中心，因此无法调整网络参数。（2）PC问题、提示的信息。（3）音频服务器，因此无声音、mp3无法播放

    检测下来结果如何？另外尝试下把虚拟内存调高。

     

    如果问题依旧，把office 2010卸载来确定是不是office 安装的问题。

    这看起来似乎是系统文件损坏或错误导致，建议你在管理员命令提示符中输入SFC /SCANNOW 来检查系统文件完整性。

    如果完整性没有问题，很有可能是由于第三方程序或木马病毒导致，建议进行杀毒扫描，卸载不明程序。
