  你好：

  你的服务器是exchange server吗？

  如果你用owa去发邮件会不会有这种情况？

  你把outlook的所有规则都清空看看或者重新创建个profile

  这样情况能否解决？

  是的，是用ex03的，谢谢，清完规则还是不能解决问题。。。。

  这能确定是服务器问题还是你客户端的问题

  试过重建个profile 配置文件吗？
