Windows 7 Starter - Missing Games

My Netbook running on Windows 7 Starter version does not have all the games available on my laptop (also running Windows 7). In particular I'd like to add Mahjong - the same as available in the other versions of Windows.

How can I do this?

I am sorry to tell you that some of the games only available in some version of Win7

And Mahjong is one of them...

Mahjong Titans is available on premium editions of Windows 7 .
