windows 2012 客户端无法更新wsus的补丁,始终在查找补丁。 RRS feed

    您好，

    目前有2台 windows 2012 客户端无法更新wsus的补丁。一直处于正在查找更新的状态要很多天（由于账户限制，无法上传图片，我文字描述给您）

    网络访问wsus地址和8530端口都没有问题。

    我在 c:\windows\windows update.log里面看到

    1台上是

    Warning:Exceeded max server round trips:0x80244010

    failed to synchronize error=0x80244010

    （在WSUS服务器上根据向导做过数据清理，问题依旧），删除本地SoftwareDistribution里面的所有文件，重新更新服务器问题依旧

    另外一台上是

    Warning：Failed to get network cost info from NLM, assuming network is not metered, error=0x80240037

    请帮忙分析下，如何可以先找到补丁。

    为了避免理解上的偏差，以下是我对于此case的理解：

    你有两台Windows Server2012客户端，从WSUS获取更新包。你在WSUS控制台上给Windows Server 2012客户端手动审批了更新，但是在客户端进行更新检查时，出现以下报错：
    Warning:Exceeded max server round trips:0x80244010   failed to synchronize error=0x80244010
    Warning：Failed to get network cost info from NLM, assuming network is not metered, error=0x80240037

    对吗？ 

    你的Windows Server 2012的客户端能否连接网络，你是否尝试过进行在线联网检查？

    您好，

    您的理解是正确的，由于客户环境的限制，服务器网段绝大多数服务器是不可以上网的。

    无法进行在线的联网更新。

    请问你给Windows  Server 2012客户端一次审批了多少更新？以下是我检查到的这两个报错的具体解释供您参考：

    0x80244010 -2145107952 WU_E_PT_EXCEEDED_MAX_SERVER_TRIPS The number of round trips to the server exceeded the maximum limit. 

    0x80240037 -2145124297 WU_E_NOT_SUPPORTED The functionality for the operation is not supported. 

     

    另外，请问在你的Windows Server 2012客户端的Windows Update的控制台上是不是出现以下截图的报错？

    Windows  Server 2012客户端的更新审批是自动的，客户端的Windows Update的控制台上目前未在客户现场，不确定是否出现您截图中的报错。
