oulook在公司外部无法发送日历共享，报“准备发送共享邮件时出错”， RRS feed

    在公司外部，可以用outlook正常收发邮件（已经配置outlook anywhere，也导入了证书。就是在共享日历的时候选完收件人，点发送时报错。

    报“准备发送共享邮件时出错”，请问是什么原因？谢谢。

    请问OWA 是否可以正常发送？

    如果您的Outlook 是2007版本的话建议参考下面文章：

    https://support.microsoft.com/zh-cn/help/2836889/you-can-t-share-your-calendar-in-outlook-2007

    原因：此问题可能由用户日历的权限列表中的重复条目引起。

    检查Outlook中的重复条目：

    1. 右键单击用户的日历并选择属性。
    2. 单击权限选项卡。
    3. 浏览用户列表并检查重复的条目。
    4. 如果找到一个，请删除重复的条目，然后重新启动Outlook，然后尝试共享您的日历以查看是否发生错误。

    如果不工作，请告知您的Outlook 和Exchange 的详细版本信息。

    您好，谢谢您的回复，outlook目前我测试过2016和2010,都出现这个问题。Exchange是2010版本的。

    owa在点收件人的时候会报错"出现意外错误，无法处理您的请求“，如果直接输入对方地址是可以发送出去的。

    如果Outlook使用cache模式的话， 建议重新生成OAB 进行测试，请按照下面步骤：

    1. 运行 Update-OfflineAddressbook "地址簿名称"  在 EMS（exchange 管理控制台）；
    2.  在OAB 生成服务器(邮箱服务器)上面重启 System Attendant Service；
    3.  在 EMS运行命令 "Update-FileDistributionService  CAS服务器名称" 或者 在CAS服务器重启File Distribution Service.

    另外请问OWA/Outlook是否内网外网都出现这个问题？

    请检查事件日志看是否相关错误。

    请运行命令：IISreset 然后观察结果。

    你好，owa外网可以正常登录，也可以正常收发邮件，在共享日历的时候，点击收件人后就不会弹出接下来的页面，一直停在那里。

    owa内网共享的时候，点击“收件人“报错”出现意外错误，无法处理您的请求“。

    outlook在内网的时候日历共享正常，外网不行，出现“准备发送共享邮件时出错”的错误信息。

    另外，请问运行Update-OfflineAddressbook "地址簿名称" 和IISreset会有什么额外的风险吗？非常感谢！

    你好，iisreset具体是在ems中执行吗？oab更新，和系统助理服务重启，然后文件分发服务都重启了，报错依旧。

    iisreset还没有执行。
