    安装mongodb，运行时报：无法启动此程序，因为计算机中缺失 api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll ;

    所使用 Win 服务 : Win Server 2008 R2 Standard ;

    查询资料：是因为KB2999226 补丁没有更新，计算机>管理>诊断>日志>Setup 果然更新失败；

    官网下载： 各种版本下载 安装： 此更新不使用于您的计算机，后来得知：仅适用 win7 api 。

    你好，

    Windows 中的 Universal C Runtime 更新可以解决这个问题。更新里包含了你缺失的dll。
    注意:
    要安装此更新，必须在 Windows 8.1 或 Windows Server 2012 R2 中安装用于 Windows RT 8.1、Windows 8.1 和 Windows Server 2012 R2 的 2016 年 4 月累积更新 (2919355)。或者，安装适用于 Windows 7 或 Windows Server 2008 R2 的 Service Pack 1。或者，安装适用于 Windows Vista 和 Windows Server 2008 的 Service Pack 2。

          我采用了方法二：

              点击了  倒数第五个：所有受支持的基于 x64 的 Windows Server 2008 R2 版本 立即下载该程序包

              Select Language： Chinese (Simplified)  点击 Download

              下载后安装，依然提示 “此更新不适合您的计算机”

              下载了本页面的 第3、6、12、13 项 安装都提示 不适用本计算机

          另外：这个补丁 应该和 官网 补丁下载页 中的  第二个相同，即我问题所述中的   各种版本  之一；

    运行以下命令收集系统信息：

    msinfo32 /nfo C:\SYSSUM.NFO /categories +systemsummary

    wevtutil epl Application C:\app.evtx

    收集以下日志：

    C:\windows\windowsupdate.log

    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS
