重装的话，请问之前的WSUS组件是否全部都删除了。
请按照下述步骤将原来的WSUS 卸载，然后做一个全新的安装，看看有没有用：
1）在Server Manager中卸载掉WSUS 角色；
2）删除WSUS content和WSUS site(IIS中)；
3）删除SUSDB， 在C:\Windows\WID\data中删掉SUSDB_mdf和SUSDB_log.ldf；
4）安装SQL server management studio, 连接到WID， 查看SUSDB是否真的删除，没有的话，右击detach SUSDB:
