笔记本型号：dell vostro3450
问题现象：问题1：当笔记本开启程序较多，开机时间较长（8个小时的工作时间）后，无法正常关机。在“正在关机”界面停留一段时间后，蓝屏重启。
问题2：开机时间较长后，不识别usb设备。在开机时已识别的usb设备，重新拔插后，也会无法识别。
首要问题就是无法关机蓝屏！
