您好，
请问这个问题近期发生的还是已经存在一段时间了？ 如果是近期发生的话，是在您做了某些操作（比如安装了一些软件，为word添加了一些add-ins） 之后发生的吗？
与此同时，请您先确保您的操作系统已经安装了最新的更新补丁，然后尝试打开word的安全模式。如果word在其安全模式下可以打开，接下来还请您排查一下是否是由于word安装了一些add-ins或者使用了一些模板。如果word同样不能在安全模式下打开，您可以尝试彻底卸载掉Office然后重新安装。
如何打开Word的安全模式：单击开始菜单->在搜索框中输入Run->在弹出的对话框中键入winword /safe然后点击回车
