  • Hi,

Firstly, I would like to know if you perform any changes in system due to the file “big5.nlp” seems damaged by some unknown reasons. Before we know that, please check for updates in Control Panel and install the updates related to .net framework. Then you can try the steps below to fix it.

    1. Scan the virus in safe mode because we consider some malware or virus damage the file.

    2. Find another PC which use normally, the go to the path below.

    C:\Windows\Assembly\GAC_32\mscorlib\2.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089\big5.nlp

Then copy the file to the issued PC under the same path.

    3. If it still doesn’t work, you have to turn off and turn on the .Net Framework in Windows features. Just go to “Control Panel” > “Programs and Features” > “Turn Windows features on or off.” Then you can find the feature “Microsoft .Net framework” in the list.

If the issue occurs recently, we suggest you perform System Restore to let the PC back to the normal point if you have a restore point before the issue occurred.

    Wish you fix it smoothly.

    Best Regards

    Simon
