  服务是开启的，网上说的那些方法用过了还是不行。求大神。

  由于这是一个 Windows 7 系统问题，所以将其由一般性问题组移动至本组讨论。

  “Windows update 无法检查更新，因为未运行服务”，需要检查至少三项服务：

  Windows Update、Background Intelligent Transfer Service、Event Log，都可以正常运行。

  然后清理一下 C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download 缓存再试。

  首先我们可以尝试一下运行“sfc /scannow” 检查一下系统文件的完整性。

  对于更行问题，我们可以运行内置的诊断工具诊断：

  控制面板\所有控制面板项\疑难解答\所有类别\Windows Update(系统更新)

  如果还不行，运行下面的工具重置更新组件
