不知道你们对非法软件的定义是什么。可以通过SCCM的Reporting中的report来查找客户端的软件情况。SCCM应该自带了查询客户端安装软件的Report.
至于卸载，只能通过SCCM软件分发功能把反安装程序推到客户端。
如果有所谓绿色版的程序，可能就没办法了。这种情况可以考虑从Windows Server里设置AppLocker策略来限制这些程序的运行。
