    服务器是server2016，以下默认都是普通user权限，不给admin权限

    1. 用户已安装的软件，怎么能让他拥有更新的权限

    2. 设置一些白名单软件，怎么让他拥有安装这些软件的权限，

    比如在一个网络路径中的都可以自由安装，

    或者某个软件的程序名字对了就可以，比如下图中的名称列  腾讯qq，微信，钉钉，迅雷7,7-Zip 18.05（x64）等

    1.用户软件策略不是单独写的，默认的user权限不都是不能安装软件的吗？ 你的意思是为每个程序的目录建立单独的授权吗，比如qq，让他即使是user权限也能更新？

    2.这个发布软件，有server2016的文档吗？那这个发布软件的话，普通user的权限也可以吗？这样的话不管更新还是添加都可以从这里来
