project server 2007配置表单验证时无法创建 Users.xml 文件 RRS feed

    已配置好project server 2007的project web access 网站，需要为其配置表单身份验证，按照微软的帮助（http://technet.microsoft.com/zh-cn/library/cc197472(office.12).aspx）一步一步的操作，但在“为新用户配置 Users.xml 文件”这一步向命令提示符窗口输入

    PjFormsAuthUpgrade.exe -createemptyusersfile -log forms.log –url http://localhost/pwa -usersfile users.xml命令时（试过不同的url,带上端口号及不带端口号的）都报错：Errorhttp://localhost/pwa not specified.试了好久，都没能解决，请各位高手赐教。

    试试按下面这个顺序为新用户配置Users.xml 文件， 把url 放到最后，希望有用

    PjFormsAuthUpgrade.exe -createemptyusersfile -log forms.log -usersfile users.xml -url http://localhost/pwa
