    大家好；

    Exchange 2013 服务器收到部分邮件是编辑模式的在收件箱，OWA也是这种情况，Outlook 版本是2013.

    我查到相同问题在下面这个帖子里面：

    你好，

    只有特定用户会遇到这个问题？还是所有用户都会有这个问题？

    出现该问题的频率很频繁吗？Exchange 2013的具体版本是多少？

    如果只是特定用户，建议你将邮箱迁移一下试试，看看后续是否还会出现这个问题。

    如果是所有用户，那可能需要将Exchange 2013升级到最新的CU20看看是否有帮助。

    我move过邮箱，没有作用，目前正在考虑升级cu20,目前是cu4.
