    您好，

    建议打开命令提示符，输入“sfc /scannow”并回车，检测并尝试修复系统文件。此外，建议尝试以“干净启动”（msconfig）的方式重新启动计算机，如果问题不再发生，建议对“干净启动”中禁用的项目做进一步排查。

    如果问题依旧，问题之前是否有过哪些更改操作呢？
