我的笔记本老是蓝屏,是什么问题啊? RRS feed

    我是dell xps m1210,预装正版visa home premium, 现在老是蓝屏,以后就重启,有如下报告:

  • 是否包含其它错误日志?可以将mini080808-01.dmp发过来帮你看看,或者直接致电Dell客户服务帮你进行排错,检查是否因系统温度过高或其他硬件问题所导致。

  • 1.考虑一下机子的温度是不是太高了,下载一个EVEREST,看看各部分的温度。如果温度高的话可以考虑清理下灰尘。
    2.系统本身出现问题的话,可以恢复下系统。
    3.打戴尔的关怀电话8008582969,只能用座机打。

  • 我想补充一下,我一般出现蓝屏的时候都是在加载网络电视的插件,像装网易uusee,还有装tvants的时候,都蓝屏过
