    没有使用exchange server ，我是直接在outlook 上建立连接的，虽然可以建立但是不能看到收发的邮件。

    您好，

    由于您没有使用Exchange，那我建议您直接创建一个新的Outlook Profile，然后在新的Profile中添加帐号，查看问题是否依然存在。

    创建新的Profile：

    控制面板 -> 搜索“Mail”，单击打开 -> Show Profiles -> Add。
