刚刚从WIN10家庭版升级到专业教育版，安装好Docker for Windows后，想尝试一下Windows Container，但是执行：
docker pull mcr.microsoft.com/windows/nanoserver:1803时，过一段时间就出错：read tcp 192.168.43.34:5578->204.79.197.219:443: wsarecv: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection
failed because connected host has failed to respond.
