    AD域环境：windows 2012 r2

    exchange版本：exchange 2013

    exchange 2013已启用了POP3服务。

    问题：

    OUTLOOK 2013配置pop3，一直提示需要输入密码，如下图所示：

    如果OUTLOOK不配置SMTP要求验证，则POP3可以配置成功，如下图：

    你好，

    根据描述，可能是用户是默认通过匿名验证的方式连接的SMTP服务，建议你将default frontend连接器中的“Exchange用户”也勾选上，然后重启服务器后，再次勾选SMTP需要验证选项来进行配置。
