可能出入安全考虑，老板要求把员工电脑的出站连接都设置为了默认阻止。
然后发现系统更新、病毒及威胁防护更新、还有edge的同步功能都不行了，连接不到服务器。
请教一下怎么添加出站规则，能让更新及同步正常工作？
