    Windows Server 2008 R2使用组策略设置桌面墙纸后，win7，win8均可以正常显示墙纸，唯独win10出现黑屏，请帮忙支持一下为盼，谢谢！

    您好！

    首先请用管理员命令行运行gpresult /h report.html检查组策略是否成功应用到Windows 10机器。

    此外，在有问题的Windows 10客户端上打开本地组策略，定位到以下路径。

    User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Control Panel/Personalization

    找到"Prevent changing desktop background"该设置，确保其设置为not configured 或者 disabled。

    最后，在问题Windows 10客户端上尝试删除以下文件，然后再注销重新登录，看桌面墙纸能否正常显示。

    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\TranscodedWallpaper

    您好：

    还是黑色的背景

    以上三部我都检查过了，没有问题。

    在C:\Users\chenyi\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\CachedFiles下有个CachedImage_1440_900_POS0的图片，内容是黑色的。我删除之后，电脑注销之后，又出现了。

    您好!

    请确保组策略路径HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop下的Wallpaper是存在的。

    此外，再检查一下下面的设置。

    Settings - Ease Of Access - Other Options – 启用Shows windows Background
